How I Opened A Yoga Studio
House Yoga Chronicles – Post 1.
On the fateful month of June 2014, I decided to open a yoga studio.
After just graduating from my 200 hour yoga teacher training, I pretty much had no real experience teaching yoga. But something I knew I always had was raw talent leading and managing a business, and the burning desire to inspire others in some shape or form.
In this blog I will document the life of House Yoga, the studio which represents the birth of a dream and me continuously growing the ugly giant hairy balls to do what it takes to raise it.
You’ll get in-depth insight on what it means to be a forever student of life, yoga, and business. You’ll see the vulnerability and struggle of what it means to become a great yoga teacher. And you’ll get a detailed account of the determined commitment and struggle of entrepreneurs.
And more importantly, I’ll share the stories of amazing people I meet, the magic of the amazing places I see, the benefits of a kick-ass yoga practice, and the experiences that can inspire and empower you to achieve your own deepest goals. I seek to create a community of Yoganites. The happy doers, the adventure and risk takers, the no-excuses-down-to-earth folk, the bold and determined, and the ultimate life livers.
Hello, if I just described you or who you want to be.
And welcome to The Yoga Pants Diaries.
